Client Brand Identity, Logo Design and Package Design.

This is a company aimed for people who are in the their late 20’s-60+ years of age, who are looking to purchase healing oils for support in the health realm. Targeting massage therapists specifically, and then appealing to a larger audience who are aware and in need of medicinal whole plant products.

Re-design and update a current client’s CBD massage oil label and brand identity. This includes new design system, logo, and package design.

I Identified and researched the current competing brands in the market. I then studied the existing brand identity of the company by outlining the business’s values, about statement, and mission. This helped establish the business name change, along with the aesthetic appeal of the logo design. From this foundation I created the design system of the new look of the company brand identity and product labels.

The existing brand name had conflicting information design and symbolic representation. I had to change the name “Dancing Tree Medicinals” to “Flora Body Medicinals”. Flora meaning “the plants of a particular region, habitat, or geological period.” which goes along with the natural plant ingredients used, Body insinuating the use of this product will be a “body product” and Medicinals staying consistent as a health product. The design system consists of a clear use of typography, colors, information design and placement, along with imagery that represents a direct message to the consumer.
